Lara teaches ‘Lotus Flow’ Vinyasa Yoga. This particular style honours Yoga’s rich lineage while incorporating innovative sequencing, mindful alignment, breathing practice and meditation.  Having completed over 800 hours of Yoga training (with the majority of study undertaken at Laughing Lotus, New York City),  Lara is the owner of ‘Sukha Yoga’ and has been teaching classes within community, corporate, retreat and private settings for 6 years. Roland Leach has three collections of poetry, the latest My Father’s Pigs published by Picaro Press. He is the proprietor of Sunline Press, which has published eighteen collections of poetry by Australian poetry and one edition of Cuttlefish, a magazine that includes poetry, short fiction, flash fiction and art.  He was the WesterlyPoetry Editor at the University of Western Australia till 2015, and a past winner of the Newcastle Poetry Prize and the Josephine Ulrick Poetry Prize.

Kevin Gillam is a West Australian poet with three books of poetry published, “other gravities” (2003) and “permitted to fall” (2007) both by Sunline Press, and “Two Poets” (2011) by Fremantle Press. He has also had poems published in all major Australian journals, broadcast on Radio National, and appear in ‘Best Australian Poems’ 2006 and 2008. He works as Director of Music at Christ Church Grammar School in Claremont, Perth.

Shane McCauley

Shane McCauley, born in England, has lived most of his life in Western Australia. He has been writing poetry for 46 years and has had eight collections of poetry published, most recently The Drunken Elk (Sunline Press, 2010) and Trickster (Walleah Press, 2015). He has edited and co-edited many other volumes, and has had over 1,300 poems published in national and overseas journals. Now retired from teaching at TAFE and University, he enjoys conducting poetry workshops for the OOTA writers' group at the Fremantle Arts Centre.
