Free morning meditation with Lara Dwyer from Wise Tribe Movement. Lara will lead a guided meditation session to welcome the day. She will offer a simple, realistic and practical approach to the practice, that is accessible to all and enjoy the presence and beauty of where we are. Join us for the Gaga/people class taught by Idan Porges. Gaga is a movement language which, the internationally celebrated choreographer, Ohad Naharin developed over the course of many years and which is applied in daily practice and exercises by the Batsheva Dance Company members. No previous dance experience is needed. Gaga/people classes are open to all people ages 16+, regardless of their background in dance or movement. Booking required. More info here.
